One of the best investments I have made for myself! I have tried every diet and weight loss program there is out here and i can honestly say FitZone is the best one by far. I have watched myself transform and shape my body all because of FitZone! I have muscles now that I didn’t even know existed before! Not only does this program transform your body but it also tells you what foods you need to eat in order to loose weight and what foods work better with your body type! And there is constant support at your finger tips! I know if I have any questions about anything I always shoot a text to either Jackie, China, or Christina and they are always there with any help! Definitely a life changer!

For many years I have struggled with weight gain and unwanted inches. After trying many other popular diet plans I still found myself gaining the weight back and then some not long after stopping the plan. Like so many of you, I have a busy schedule, a long commute and (had) very poor and irregular eating habits which all made the situation seem overwhelming and worst of all discouraging. (more…)

March 2015 will be my One year Anniversary with FitZone. It has been a great year! I first noticed the sign advertising a weight loss program called “FitZone”outside a local school. After several weeks, I worked up the courage to call and make an appointment. I knew that it was definitely time for a change. I needed to lose weight and was struggling alone. I phoned Jackie Shaheed, owner of FitZone, and agreed to meet to go over the program in more detail with her. I did and I was hooked. I can honestly say that joining FitZone was one of the best decisions of my life. But I almost didn’t join! The day before my appointment I was going to cancel. (more…)

Loving Zumba & Zumba toning classes. Great energy and motivation!!! Can now add Fitcamp & the special events to my review. Update – been working with Jackie personally for 4 weeks now with amazing results! !

If theres anyone out there intimidated by big gyms and is looking for a personal coach to lose weight, build on their strength, stamina, and endurance then FitZone is the place to go. Jackie Shaheed is a health coach with tons of knowledge on what works best for her clients. Her individualized nutrition program will ensure that you are successful in your weight loss journey. The support you find at FitZone you will not find at a regular gym. I drive over an hour (sometimes 2 hours) to workout twice a week with Jackie and after 12 weeks, I’ve lost 18 lbs, just has many inches and over 10% of body fat!!!! It seems cliche, but believe me when I say, if I can do it, so can you!!! I highly recommend Fitpalz program!!

I’ll start my review with the zumba classes because that’s what I fell in love with first. The instructors are all awesome with their own individual style yet they mesh harmoniously and truly make you feel like you’re the best dancer in the world. You’ll have so much fun you won’t even realize you just worked out for an hour (and a workout you’ll get…). Then to top it off, classes such as boot camp, insanity, and piyo will push you to the next level. (more…)

I started this program on January 1st 2016 and I could not be happier!! The program Jackie has me on is great I never feel deprived and I am not having sugar cravings!! This is just the type of program I needed to reach my weight loss goals. The combination of healthy eating and Jackie’s fitness classes have helped me to lose 13lbs in just 3 weeks!!

You know those gyms and programs that claim to be judgement free but you still feel a little judged? Well this is not one of those places and programs. The FitZone program; Jackie and all the other instructors and everyone that works out here are nothing but encouraging.
If you’re looking to make a life style change towards a healthier you both mentally and physically then you’ve certainly come to the right place. Thank you Jackie for your guidance and support and for helping kick off my lifestyle change(almost 40lbs down now and counting in 6months).
Remember the best thing you can invest in is yourself and this is definitely the place to do it.
