What is FitCamp? Have you heard of interval training…..it’s training that varies your workout intensity level. The training’s are 6 sessions held on Tuesday’s or Saturday’s (choose 1 or sign-up for both) and they include full body strength training, high intense circuits designed for optimal fat burning and core development. FitCamp sessions have been proven to increase strength, endurance, and increase fat loss.
