The ever so popular Insanity® workout is world renowned for being a hyper-intense, high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance, and balance. You’ll work out intensely for 3-4 minutes, and then cool down for 30 seconds before beginning the next high-intensity segment.

You will see noticeable resultInsanitys within the first few sessions as you build incredible core strength and increase your cardiovascular capacity through intense movement, resistance training, and flexibility maneuvers. Insanity® sounds scary – but it’s really just an exercise routine focused on the core principles of interval training.
